I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were fantastic, large, and welcoming, with spacious sitting areas and all the necessary amenities. The service was so friendly and helpful, especially Starla, who truly made our experience wonderful. The location was perfect, great for dog walks and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The dining was delicious with a variety of options. Overall, a top-notch experience with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a delightful stay at the Great Western Ponderosa Lodge. The rooms were spacious, equipped with a fridge and microwave, and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. The internet connection was reliable, and the facilities were very nice. The service was phenomenal, with the staff always pleasant, responsive, and professional. The location, among ponderosa pines in Sunriver, was perfect for various outdoor activities and dog walks. The dining experience with a view of the Three Sisters Mountains and llamas exceeded my expectations. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor areas for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were so comfortable, and I loved that the deck overlooked the yard/pool area. The customer service was amazing, and there was enough space for my family. The bed and bed sheets were super cozy, and the bathroom with a Jacuzzi was a great touch.
